We are writing to inform you about changes in our business. As of December 8th, 2024, we have decided to close Sweets Laboratory. We originally started as a onigiri cafe called Hanamizuki Cafe, but after the pandemic, we decided to close it as it was difficult to keep up with operations. We reopened as Sweets Laboratory in 2021, but after deep consideration, we've decided to close.

Hanamizuki Cafe (143 W 29th St) will continue to serve snow sundaes and croffles (with a different look) so if you are still in need of a sweet treat, we hope you can come visit Hanamizuki Cafe sometime soon!
